Easy Sudoku for Beginners: A Step-by-Step Guide
Easy Sudoku is designed to teach the rhythm of the puzzle. You do not need advanced patterns: careful scanning and a few pencil marks will take you a long way.
Begin with the obvious
Look across each row for the missing number. Then repeat the check down each column. If a number fits in only one empty square of the relevant 3×3 box, place it with confidence.
Use the same order every time: rows, columns, boxes, then repeat. This turns a large grid into a sequence of small decisions.
Make pencil marks useful
Pencil marks are reminders, not decoration. Add them only when a square has multiple realistic candidates, then remove them whenever a new number rules one out.
If you feel stuck, pause rather than guess. Revisit the box affected by your most recent move and search for a new single.
